Research Experience
- Relation Extraction Combination of text mining and collective Web intelligence to extract commonsense knowledge on a large scale.
- Social Modeling Construction of a computational cultural market model which aims to capture the dynamics of the consumption behaviors of people under social interaction.
- Network Analysis Construction of a new complex network growth dataset which represents the semantic relationships in a hyper-textual collaborative dictionary (www.eksisozluk.com) and analysis of the growth process of the network in order to measure the preferential attachment tendency by taking temporal dynamics into account.
- Pattern Recognition Application of several pattern recognition techniques to use signatures as a biometric measure and comparison of the performances of those different techniques.
